After 6 months, I’m getting strange results. I bought test strips on Amazon. I’ll try recalibrating.

I’ve had ICO for 4 years, and now the battery is dead. They offered me 50% off a new one, but it’s already expensive, and new probes cost too much. I’m not happy about it.

I used ICO since 2020, but now it’s broken. The pH sensor won’t calibrate. Customer service offered me 40% off a new one, but that’s still a lot of money.

It works well for water care, but the battery doesn’t last. It’s way too expensive for just a few months of use. They should fix the battery issue.

I keep having Wi-Fi problems. It used to work fine, but now I get errors. Might be an issue inside ICO.
